This course is designed to help you strengthen your lower core muscles, which are the starting point to gain strength and balance and ease pain caused by osteoporosis and hypermobility.

This course has been created for everyone, irrespective of the level of ability and mobility you have.  All exercises are undertaken in a seated position – so whether you have good mobility or are in a wheelchair, you will be able to participate and follow along with this course and create core strength to aide your mobility, increase balance, improve strength and ease any pain you are currently suffering with.
